Does anyone have opinions on today's UEFA Cup matches? Here is what I am leaning towards....

SAMPDORIA (-1) +114 over Steaua
BOLTON (-1) +106 over Zenit
MIDDLESBROUGH (-1.5) +102 over Dnipro
PALERMO (-0.5) -114 over Lokomotiv
SEVILLA (-1) -102 over Besiktas

All lines are from Olympic. Let's hear some opinions.

You think the under has value in the BOLTON-ZENIT game....both are good "under" teams but I'm not sure what teams mentality are in UEFA games...it seems MarkieM that your a "side/handicap" player, and I'm a "total" player.

SAMPDORIA (-1) +114 over Steaua.........Steaua is pretty solid (7-3-1) in the Romaian Div.A...... (8goals for - 2goals against) on the road, and they beat Rennes 4-0 in their first game in group C, they also beat Valerenga(Norway) on the road 3-0, Valerenga is atop the Tripp. table in Norway. From statistics I'd pass on this but, I guess you can't really compare Italian A to Romanian A, though Steaua has played solid in UEFA????

Two Small Possibilities In UEFA Cup Today

I'm on Middlesborough only at a -225 I found yesterday [never like to have to win by 2] however for the sport of it, I like either of these 2 plays on the same game.

Pinnacle +1.5 and +2 -116 Viking
Pinnacle U2.5 and 3 -106

Just small and with some caution but here is my thinking. Little Viking are coming off a 1-0 stunning win over classy Ligue 1 Monaco in their last Cup match. They also won their season ending match in Norway three nil. Thus their entire focus should be on this competion and they are indeed in top form.

They sit together with Hamburg atop the Group A table. Hamburg at home is of course a prohibitive favorite. [Viking +970]

So I can see Viking keeping everybody behind the ball and hoping for the miracle road point. Hopefully it takes Hamburg a good while to score one.

Now in the Bundesliga so far [#1] Hamburg have a better road record than home record [#2] in six games at home in the Bundesliga Hamburg have scored only 8 goals while conceeding only 3.

Of course that is the Bundesliga and that is also why this or these would only be small plays. Any thoughts?

I agree and was deciding to do that upon reading your post. Hamburg 1 or 2 nil should be the result.

the more i look at moskau, there more i like it, even at pk,-0.5...i dont see anything in in heerenveen and moskau, as the much better team IMO, has to go for the win after losss in first game...do i miss something here??
